I was having a smell issue when a friend told me about the Big Blue. Even a can filter wasn't enough by itself. The Big Blue solved the problem immediately.

A customer was quite distressed about an odor problem that he was having. The problem had gotten so bad that it had spread through his entire neighborhood. I have personally tested 2 leading inline corona discharge ozonators from 2 other manufactures against your Big Blue unit for about 1 year. Both units failed within 6 months of operation due to humidity and dust contamination while the Big Blue ozonator worked perfectly with only a minor switch malfunction that was easily fixed. I think this pretty much proves the reliability of your product and I think it would be a great product to include in my online store.

I recently remodeled a grow space that was plagued with both temperature and odor problems. The Big Blue Air, 8" model" solved both problems. Kills the odor while allowing for significantly increased airflow over the carbon filter that was being used before. Also, I found pre purchase support from Scott to be excellent. I have used your product to "clean" (odor extraction) Cars and Boats I charge $250 and it takes 24 hrs...
1st I vacuum car
2nd put big blue inside on car with a fan blowing air though it...
3 unplug, let sit 1 hr then vacuum and SMELL IS GONE !!!..
I do 10 or 12 dealers in the SF bay area ..this helps to pay for boating habit !! ...
But boat smell is a HUGE problem in ALL boats and RVs....(With the Big Blues) no more.. mold ....smells... or SPIDERS.

I purchased my first Big Blue ozone generator back in 1999. It was a 4" model, one of the first that they put on the market. Aside from routinely changing the UV bulb, this unit has worked very well through the years, without any further service needed.

As with most mechanical devices, eventually, they will require service. After 12 years, my 4" Big Blue would no longer turn on. After changing out the UV lamp, I discovered that the Big Blue would require service for the first time. After spending a few hours doing research on how to fix the unit, I decided to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Scott from Big Blue responded within 24 hours with an informative video link, showing me how to diagnose what was wrong with the unit. Not only did this video clearly illustrate how to determine the malfunction, it made me realize how easily these units can be repaired and returned to proper working condition.

After verifying the diagnosis with the video link (blown starter lamp, AFTER 12 YEARS, mind you), Scott sent the replacement part needed, which I received in a very timely manner. I am happy to report that my 4" Big Blue is back to working like a charm, probably for another 12 years!
