	A customer was quite distressed about an odor problem that he was having. The problem had gotten so bad that it had spread through his entire neighborhood. The client asked me to recommend something to solve his problem. I gave him an 8" Big Blue ozone generator. Sure enough the customer came back a few days later, thanking me for the recommendation. 	Dear Blue Air, I have personally tested 2 leading inline corona discharge ozonators from 2 other manufactures against your Big Blue unit for about 1 year. Both units failed within 6 months of operation due to humidity and dust contamination while the Big Blue ozonator worked perfectly with only a minor switch malfunction that was easily fixed.
